The creed of stubborn people who don't want to accept that even non professors know a lot of knowledge in a certain field. You might be anti-wikipedia, but I am sure you use it daily, there is no avoiding it. It is almost part of our global society. And anything written in Wikipedia must have a "reference" to another article outside of Wiki, a book, or anything supporting the fact. If it doesnt, then its labeled "This article does not site its references" to warn the reader that it well, does not site its references.
