Dancing Feather, АutoCAD, в Америке является стандартом, в котором разрабатываются рисунки, так как кроме архитекторов их должны уметь читать и инженеры и конструкторы и carpenters. Здесь всем управляет архитектор, когда создаётся проект и он же нанимает всех остальных. Не знаю как сам процесс проходит в России - Моя мама, civil engineer, например, была удивлена. А компьютерных програм для архитекторов очень много - они каждый год прибавляются с новинками и 3D формах.

Конечно студенты Мархи будут более advance, так как community college не выдаёт дипломов, особенно по архитектуре, а только подготавливает студентов для подачи в уже специализированные школы Архитектуры. И тем не менее, в community college работают профессионалы, например, мой учитель по Архитектуре. Он является одним из дезайнеров стрoейшейся ныне самой высoкой вышки в Сан Франциско. Они работают в city college не потому что там выдают им огромную зарплату, а потому что они верят в идеологию - это отдавать обществу обратно, то что получили от него.

А что касается лицензии: я тебе уже как-то упоминала, я спрашивала одного из экспертов (он лекцию давал в организации, которой я работала) который учился и в Индии, и в Англии, и в Америке, по его словам мир ориентируется на США по codes, которые они разработали. Они помогают более эффективнее и качественнее создавать пострoйки. Хотя другой испанский известный архитектор, считает, что Американцы хоть и преуспевают в качествe самих зданий, забывают о тонкости самого дезайна. Я думаю, codes необходимы, чтоб например, как наш сосед, режисcёр Тарамов, выстроив уникальный дом в модерн стиле, со временем не утопал в дождях. Так что лицензии не что иное - как знание тех самых codes, а именно котракт-gurantee, по которoму несёшь ответственность за качество своего здания.

Например, здесь, архитектор ответственен за сырость в комплексе, котором он построил - в течении 10 лет. Не дай Бог она появится - его засудят.

Ты лишь большим количеством размытых предложений повторяешь то, что я сказала: лицензирование - форма тестирования.
С codes она, со scales или с grades - но оценка знаний любого профи.

И то , что у архитекторов много программ я и говорила - "аutocad- одна из самых шаблонных".

Назови ето стандартом, коли так тебе приятней.

GROZNY (AFP) - The Kadiyev family have long been builders in Chechnya, but no one has had a job quite like that facing architect Dzhalal Kadiyev: reconstructing the entire city of Grozny from the ashes of war.

Kadiyev, a small, bird-like man sporting large spectacles, is unfazed by the task ahead of him and often draws inspiration from Paris, a city he clearly adores.

His great-grandfather Auda Kadiyev was prominent 150 years ago in setting up schools in Grozny, at the time a recently founded Russian base for the bloody and lengthy colonisation of the North Caucasus.

Charts, drawings, plans and models clutter Kadiyev's office today. The colour red dominates a giant map of the Chechen capital, once a city of 450,000 which a decade of Russian bombing and shelling left looking like post World War II Berlin or Stalingrad.

"These are the zones that have to be rebuilt," Kadiyev says. "That is 80 percent of the city."

He ticks off names of areas already built up from rubble: Leninsky, Oktyabrsky and Minutka. During the fighting in 1994-1996, and again from 1999, Russian ground and air attacks razed these neighbourhoods as troops drove out a rag-tag army of Chechen independence rebels.

Even when the fighting moved on to the mountains in the south of Chechnya, Grozny continued to disappear: soldiers bulldozed flat huge areas to deny cover to snipers, while the impoverished population turned to mass looting of bricks, metals and any other materials that could be sold.

Today, less than two years since serious work began, the city is unrecognisable. "We have liquidated the face of war in Grozny," he said.

The Chechen capital, about 1,600 kilometres (1,000 miles) south of Moscow, was founded in 1818 as one of a string of Russian military bases for the conquest of the North Caucasus, a mountain region home to fiercely independent ethnic groups. Chechnya was finally conquered only in 1856.

The town grew slowly until the discovery of oil in the early 20th century when a huge refinery was built and the city became a lynchpin of the Soviet Union's oil industry.

Building expanded rapidly in a wide range of architectural styles, from tower blocks and more graceful pre-Soviet buildings in the centre, to traditional Chechen houses with courtyards, fruit trees and space for chickens and other farm animals in the sprawling neighbourhoods.

All this vanished in the three major battles for Grozny when Russian forces launched artillery and aerial strikes estimated to be the heaviest in Europe since World War II - far heavier than those on Bosnia's capital Sarajevo in the 1990s.

Pointing to the new oil institute he is building on the ruins of the old facility - one of the first major buildings to be bombed in 1994, Kadiyev points to a bay window between two wings.

"Doesn't it remind you of the pyramid of the Louvre in Paris?" he said, referring to the futuristic glass and metal structure by New York-based architect I.M. Pei that now serves as the main entrance for the Paris museum.

Another of his Paris-inspired project is a tramway out to the suburbs, like the quieter new system on Paris' southern edge.

"I thought trams meant outdated technology and then I saw your new tramway in Paris," he said. "A tram that works on turf and not on a route that is tracked. Extraordinary!"

"We have to clear Grozny of pollution, bombs, oil spills which have soiled vast tracts of ground. We have to clean it, nurse it back to health and invest as well," he said.

"There were 6.2 million square meters of houses before the war and only 2.5 million square meters are intact."

The building boom has spelt a windfall for realtors, with rising prices riding on the back of a 45 percent inflation rate.

On Victory Avenue, the first in Grozny to be entirely rebuilt, real estate agent Akhmad Guikhayev offers an array of properties but advises buyers to choose the Minutka quarter. "Yes, go for Minutka. It will soon be the most fashionable area in the Caucasus," he says of this district that ironically was at the epicentre of wartime devastation.

His office was selling three-room apartments there for 65,000 dollars (48,612 euros) - with a potential buyer, a 50-year-old man who gave his name only as Bina who said he could get 30-year loan at 12 percent interest.

Areas near police stations or former secret services offices are less sought after.

"People are scared of kidnappings. Also, people avoid buildings close to possible targets in case another war erupts," said Bina.

Kadiyev, whose family faced persecution under Tsarist Russia and during the Soviet regime, stressed his commitment to rebuilding the city he left as a toddler in 1944 when dictator Stalin ordered the genocidal deportation of all Chechens to Siberia and Central Asia.

The Kadiyevs, along with the other survivors, were able to return a decade and a half later during the Khrushchev thaw.

Kadiyev was a teenager but eager to build himself and his people a future, and in the 1960s, after graduating in architecture from Moscow and Leningrad, found work in what was by then the expanding city of Grozny.

One of the major projects he took part in was building the airport in the mid 1980s, which was destroyed in the war. In 2006 he was called on to build it again .

"There are few architects who can claim to have built the same airport twice," Kadiyev joked.

The destruction is also a personal matter: his home was heavily bombed.

"There weren't any windows in the building, the walls were ripped apart but I had already started drawing up a new (building) plan," he recalled.

"For anyone, seeing your house being destroyed is gut-wrenching," he said. "Imagine what it was like for me, the chief architect, to see my city being razed to the ground right under my eyes."

And if the war resumes tomorrow? "I will start all over again," he said. "I am used to rebuilding things."

Biggest school in Chechnya to be reconstructed by yearend

GROZNY, August 2 (Itar-Tass) -- The biggest secondary school for 950 students will have been reconstructed in Chechnya by the yearend. The school is situated in the Staropromyslovsky district of Grozny. “The school was included in the federal programme in 2000, but has not been reconstructed yet,” chief of the district authorities Khozh-Baudi Estamirov told Itar-Tass on Thursday.

“Experts from the Krasnodar Territory reassured us after a meticulous expertise of the building that it is not in an emergency state, and the school can be reconstructed by the yearend. It is planned to spend about 100 million roubles for these purposes. We have found an investor, who is ready to invest in a benevolent business,” the chief of the district authorities said.

Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov discussed with republican Minister of Education and Science Lema Dadayev on Wednesday the preparations of schools for a new academic year, the press services of the president and the government of Chechnya told Itar-Tass on Thursday. The president reiterated to the minister “a three-shift education process should be revised before the beginning of the academic year.”

According to Dadayev, “The work in this direction is underway, the construction works are proceeding almost at all schools in Grozny.”

“All current secondary schools are fully provided with textbooks and school supplies,” the education minister told Kadyrov.

Парк культуры и отдыха откроется через два года

Через два года будет завершено строительство республиканского парка культуры и отдыха имени первого Президента ЧР А. Кадырова. Об это заявил заместитель генерального директора ГУП «Республиканский парк культуры и отдыха им. Ахмат-Хаджи Кадырова» Заурбек Элибаев.

Напомним, что инициаторами строительства парка выступил еще в прошлом году Комитет Правительства ЧР по делам молодежи.

Говоря о темпах строительства, заместитель директора рассказал, что в данное время территория расчищена от завалов, подготовлен котлован под строительство киноконцертного комплекса на 1000 мест. По замыслу строителей, здесь будет построен развлекательный комплекс с боулингом, спортивным и биллиардным залами, кафетерием. Также разработан бизнес-план аквапарка, аттракционов, банкетного зала, летнего амфитеатра. Кроме этого, планируется построить каток и бассейн, а прямо на подъезде к парку – правительственный комплекс для высоких гостей.

Он отметил, что на данном объекте трудятся представители фирмы «Арэн-Стройцентр» и «Чеченстрой», также существует соглашение с молодежным парламентом ЧР по предоставлению рабочих мест студентам на период летних каникул.

Реконструируются центральные улицы

В столице Чеченской Республики реконструируются прилегающие к центральному рынку улицы Чернышевского, Карла Маркса, Мира, Розы Люксембург.

По словам начальника отдела ЖКХ администрации города Грозного Ахмата Джамулаева, городскими коммунальными службами уже проведены работы по ремонту подземных коммуникаций.

Также планируется произвести работы по освещению улиц и асфальтированию проезжей части дорог с установкой бордюрного камня.

Центральные улицы Грозного должны быть отремонтированы и приведены в надлежащий вид до конца текущего года.

В Грозном состоялось торжественное открытие «казахского» дома

В конце мая в центре столицы Чеченской Республики состоялось торжественное открытие «казахского дома» из 60 квартир - первого инвестиционного проекта, реализованного за счет подарка чеченскому народу сделанного президентом Республики Казахстан. В торжественной церемонии открытия приняли участие руководители республики, представители Муфтията, Парламента ЧР, общественность.

Оригинальный проект дома был разработан специалистами проектного института «Гипрогор», и в 2005 году доработан проектно-сметным бюро «Чеченгражданстроя». Общая сметная стоимость дома составила 107 миллионов рублей. Генеральным подрядчиком строительства выступил «Чеченгражданстрой», задействовав на объекте СМУ-2, СпецСМУ и Аргунское РСУ.

Строительство «казахского» дома было начато в июле 2003 года за счет гуманитарной помощи Республики Казахстан, которая выделила для этих целей 45 млн. рублей. Еще 15 млн. рублей Казахстан выделил для закупки спецтехники. Градостроители настояли на том, чтобы вместо трех этажей построили пять. И вырос красавец-дом. Спасибо братья-казахи!
