This position provides oversight to all field operations within World Vision Russian Federation, overseeing the management of all projects, including those funded by Netherlands , Germany , US (BPRM and USAID), ECHO, and other potential projects. Position also designs future projects in collaboration with National Director, Senior Program Officer, Finance Manager, and Operations Staff and participates in strategic development of the WVRF program.



5 years field experience in a relief or recovery environment. Experience with or understanding of World Vision policies and procedures. Previous experience in personnel, project, and budget management. Ability to train, mentor, and supervise a multi-cultural staff. Superior cross-cultural communication skills. Significant experience in project design, implementation, reporting, and evaluation. Computer knowledge including Word and Excel, Word processing and spreadsheet functions.
